Lynne McIntosh-Grieve

Lynne McIntosh-Grieve

Programme Director (ORE Catapult)

Lynne is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers who takes pride in mentoring developing engineers and encouraging the next generation of engineers and scientists as a STEM ambassador. She brings an eye for detail and lean process development gained working in the renewable energy and manufacturing sectors, leading process improvement, new product introduction and research and development projects. At the High Value Manufacturing Catapult, she led forging, powder metallurgy and general manufacturing research projects for the aerospace, oil and gas sectors.

Marie Coniston

Marie Coniston

Interim Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications (NCC)

Marie Coniston is an accomplished relationship manager and inward investment professional with over 25 years’ experience of leading teams and working with diverse groups to achieve goals. A strategic thinker and organised problem solver, she brings expertise gained in senior roles in investment and partnerships in the public sector and management consultancy.

Emma Nicholson

Emma Nicholson

Senior Project Manager (NMIS)

Emma Nicholson is a Senior Project Manager with NMIS working across aerospace, defence, sustainability and Project Management Office transformation and improvement projects. Prior to joining NMIS, she spent seven years working in operational shipbuild project management for the Type 26 frigates under construction at BAE Systems.

Chris is a senior project manager with experience in the delivery of research, development and innovation projects within the advanced manufacturing and renewable energy sectors. He has a strong track record in project delivery, stakeholder engagement and leadership with expertise in high-value projects within highly collaborative and technical environments.

Pamela Bailey is an experienced strategic communications and marketing communications professional and accredited practitioner member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations with international expertise gained in the energy, transportation, engineering, infrastructure, and professional services sectors, and the public sector.
